Oluwemimo Joseph Osanipin boasts an impressive educational and professional background. His educational journey includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting (BSC Accounting) from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Benin (Uniben). For professional qualifications, Oluwemimo Joseph Osanipin holds the distinguished title of Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA - ICAN) and is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

His career trajectory commenced with a role as a Senior Internal Auditor at Ibru Organization, a position he held from 1996 to 2000. During this formative stage, he honed his skills and gained invaluable experience in the field of internal audit. In 2000, he joined Zenith Bank as an auditor and progressively ascended the organizational ladder. His roles included that of an IT Auditor and responsibilities in Internal Control and Audit. Throughout his 12-year tenure, his contributions played a pivotal role in enhancing the bank's internal control and audit functions. Following his tenure at Zenith Bank, in 2013, he joined the GIG Group as Group Head, Internal Audit and Control until January 2016 and also became Group Head of Finance, where he made significant contributions in various capacities. His proficient leadership and expertise in the domains of finance and audit significantly contributed to the success of the GIG Group during his tenure from 2013 to 2019. His appointment to this role commenced in 2019. In this capacity, he oversees the financial aspects of the company while also spearheading strategic projects at the JET Motor Company Electric Vehicles. Oluwemimo Joseph Osanipin served as the first Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Jet Systems Automobile Industry Ltd in 2021, the position he held until his appointment as DG, NADDC. The recent appointment of Joseph Oluwemimo Osanipin as the Head of the National Automotive Design and Development Council (NADDC) could open new opportunities in the future of mobility in Nigeria. This is because the NADDC, a federal government agency, has shown a commitment to embracing electric vehicles (EVs) as a sustainable alternative to traditional internal combustion engines (ICE). In July 2023,  Oluwemimo Joseph Osanipin articulated the remarkable significance of the Federal Government's consideration of EVs. He believed that electric vehicles would play a vital role in shaping Nigeria's future of mobility and expressed his delight that Jet Motors was at the forefront of this transformative movement. This infrastructure would encourage mass transporters to adopt EVs for their businesses, providing cost savings of up to 70%. It would thus, reduce the dependence on costly petrol which has been a major blow to our country's economy, and minimize maintenance expenses. Moreover, Oluwemimo Joseph Osanipin emphasized that EVs require minimal servicing, eliminating the need for monthly oil changes and the challenges of dealing with carburetors, plugs, and other components. They also mitigate the risk of purchasing counterfeit parts and alleviate the complexities associated with repairing fossil-powered vehicles. With Joseph Oluwerimo Osanipin as the new head of the NADDC, there is an opportunity for these visionary ideas and plans to be put into action. The optimization oí opportunities arising from market changes and government direction is now within reach. The goal of building local capacity for vehicle production demands dedication and continuous effort. The future of mobility in Nigeria holds the promise of electric vehicles, compressed natural gas and sustainable, environmentally friendly transportation, and Osanipin's leadership will undoubtedly play a significant role in this transformative journey.

Ngozi Emechebe is a Nigerian politician and Businessman who is the 10th President of the Auto Spare Parts & Machinery Dealers Association.(ASPMDA), which is home to over 20,000 businesses and also known as the No.1. most organized & largest market in West Africa.

A member of the ADPA Party, he served as the 10th President from 2023 to present.

Ngozi Emechebe is a visionary entrepreneur and founder of Wingoes Global Multi Concepts, a provider of Auto parts & Winery solutions. Born in Nnewi, Anambra State, he became enthusiastic about business and launched his career in business. In 1980, he founded Wingoes Global Multi Concepts with a N100,000 investment, growing it into billions of naira by 2016. Known for his strategic insights, Ngozi Emechebe expanded the company's portfolio to include green energy services. Beyond business, he is a Leader, a politician, life coach, real estate mentor, a business consultant & a philanthropist, supporting educational programs for undeserved communities.

Today, Ngozi Emechebe continues to drive development and innovation through his office and position in communities.

Victor Sarpong is the ECOWAS Project Manager for the African Association of Automotive Manufacturers (AAAM), an industry body dedicated to developing Africa’s automotive manufacturing ecosystem through policy advocacy, investment facilitation, and regional collaboration. A Mechanical Engineer with over 15 years of experience in the automotive sector, he has built most of his career in Ghana, supporting market development, stakeholder coordination, and industrial growth initiatives.

In his current role, Victor leads AAAM’s engagements across the ECOWAS region, working closely with governments, OEMs, and development partners to strengthen local assembly, deepen value chains, and promote intra-African trade. He is strongly motivated by the vision of a competitive and sustainable West African automotive industry that drives job creation and economic transformation.

Victor is passionate about advancing skills development, encouraging enabling policies, and fostering partnerships that unlock investment opportunities. He brings practical insight to the West African Automotive Show as speaker and panelist participant.

Dr. Olorunfemi Abidemi Eguaikhide is the Deputy Managing Director responsible for the business operations. He holds a Post-graduate Diploma in Business Administration and an MBA in Marketing Management from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology.

He joined RT BRISCOE as Group Head, Human Capital Development in 2012 and was appointed to manage the Briscoe-Ford unit in 2014 as General Manager. He was subsequently appointed as Head of the Briscoe-Motors subsidiary in 2017 and Group Chief Operating Officer in September 2018.

Kunle Jaiyesimi is the Deputy Managing Director of CFAO Mobility Nigeria Limited. He joined the CFAO Group in 1995 as an Accountant and steadily advanced through roles in Treasury, Finance, and Operations. He began his career as Chief Accountant of CFAO Qualitex (September 1995 – December 1996) before moving to CFAO NIPEN as Chief Accountant.

He later became Assistant General Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the factory. In February 2005, Kunle was transferred to Nigeria Motors Industry (CFAO NMI) as Deputy General Manager, where he successfully managed Administration, Sales, and Logistics. By August 2007, he was appointed Deputy Managing Director of CFAO NMI. Following the 2010 merger of CFAO NMI with CFAO Motors, he retained his position as Deputy Managing Director under the new entity, CFAO Motors Nigeria Limited (now CFAO Mobility Nigeria Limited), a role he continues to hold.

With an impressive track record of leadership and a deep passion for excellence, Mr. Mita brings with him a wealth of experience, having joined Honda Motor Co. Japan for over 20years working across various sections.

He is happily married with kids and hails from CHIBA, JAPANHe has travelled far, having his education outside Japan, studying in California in the United States of America.

While with Honda, he has worked in various capacity and different regions.

He has been involved in Japan domestic business where he could have firsthand impressions from customers and their feedback relating to aftersales operation. He extended his knowledge by working in area of Product Planning and these roles have seen him work in Europe, Middle East and Africa, before finally being deployed to Nigeria in 2025.
