REVOO Electric Motorcycles Launch in Nigeria, Targeting Affordable Urban Mobility
REVOO, a global electric motorcycle brand under Transsion Holdings, has officially launched in Nigeria with the aim of transforming urban mobility by offering affordable, clean, and efficient electric two-wheelers. The Lagos debut marks an important step in the company’s expansion across Africa, bringing innovative alternatives to petrol-powered motorcycles and responding to rising demand for sustainable transport solutions.
Founded in 2023 and already present in more than 10 countries with over 250 stores worldwide, REVOO entered the Nigerian market in late 2025 with three flagship outlets in Lagos. Each dealership doubles as a service and support centre, ensuring customers have access to after-sales care and spare parts alongside new purchases.
REVOO’s Nigerian lineup includes a range of electric motorcycles designed for different urban needs — from entry-level commuter models with up to 70 km range to higher-performance options offering up to 120 km per charge, making them suitable for both daily commuting and delivery services. With operating costs as low as ₦70 per day, the bikes offer a cost-effective, low-emission and quieter alternative to petrol motorcycles, supporting Nigeria’s shift toward cleaner urban transport.
At recent editions, WAAS has hosted sessions on government incentives for EV adoption, discussed strategies for scaling electric-vehicle infrastructure, and created strategic networking opportunities that help local and international players align on commercial and policy priorities.
